The 5th Annual Andy Roddick Foundation featuring Jimmy Buffett raised $725,000 for at risk youth Saturday Night. Andy was joined by Brooklyn Decker, John Legend, Chrissy Teigen, Houston Street and Bobby Bones in the fund-raising efforts for a very special evening.
The night commenced with guests mingling in tropical decor during a cocktail hour and silent auction at the Austin Hilton. Andy welcomed the generous patrons with a heartfelt speech before dinner where he acknowledged the focus of the Andy Roddick Foundation. “The organizations we work with focus on providing the basic necessities of shelter, safety, education and nutrition,” he explained. “A Glimmer of Hope, Austin Partners for Education, KIPP: Austin Public Schools, The Settlement Home for Children and our Youth Tennis Program are on the front lines every day, helping at risk youth. Their stories are remarkable and inspirational.” A very gracious Andy thanked the attendees throughout the night for being a “part of this journey.”
Wife Brooklyn Decker took the stage with fellow Sports Illustrated Model Chrissy Teigen to auction off a special VIP package. Guests battled to bid on a variety of unique experiences including a set visit to the hit show “The Office”, a unique Sundance Film Festival getaway, Golf with Andy himself, a VIP US Masters experience and more!
Guests enjoyed signature cocktails compliments of Grey Goose and were decked out in Hawaiian style leis. In a fun twist, Andy and Brooklyn introduced Andy wearing Togas. The nontraditional garb was an idea the group had concocted the night before. Jimmy dazzled the crowd with his legendary classics, encouraging people to dance and sing along to the iconic tunes. The surprises continued when John Legend took the stage with Jimmy for a one of a kind collaboration
The successful evening raised both funds and awareness for important organizations that help share the lives of children.
Sony has debuted the poster for the upcoming Adam Sandler flick co-starring Jennifer Aniston titled Just Go With It. The film centers on a plastic surgeon (Sandler), romancing a much younger schoolteacher, enlists his loyal assistant (Aniston) to pretend to be his soon to be ex-wife, in order to cover up a careless lie. When more lies backfire, the assistant’s kids become involved, and everyone heads off for a weekend in Hawaii that will change all their lives.
The film is set to hit theaters on February 11 and should be well on its way to making over $100 million two weekends later. Check out the poster directly below and you can click here for a slightly larger look and a few other pics from the film.
How did you start modeling?
BROOKLYN DECKER: An agent from New York was scouting in North Carolina while visiting a friend and decided to meet a few girls down there. I had seen the girls he represented and recognized them from Guess ads, which is a huge deal when you’re 14. So I signed with him and started.Do you remember your first cover?
BD: Yes I do. My first cover was a magazine called Nikki Style, which is a Miami-based magazine. It was with Nigel Barker, who is the America’s Next Top Model photographer. I remember thinking it was the biggest deal ever because it was America’s Next Top Model, and when you’re in North Carolina that’s all you know about the fashion world.
I hear you and Adam Sandler both share a love for bulldogs.
BD: Ours is Billy Jean and she’s the best thing in the whole wide world. It takes a true dog lover to love a bulldog. You have to love the squishy face, the stinky breath, the snorty sounds and all the farting, they’re the most disgusting animals, but I find it so endearing and so adorable. I think she’s the sexiest dog in the whole wide world. And all her fat wrinkles are so beautiful.
How do you stay in shape?
BD: I think weights are incredibly underrated. A lot of women are scared of them because they think they’re going to get bulky. When I do weights that’s when I get my most lean. It’s also really good for building bone density and protecting your joints. Women have to deal with osteoporosis and all this other stuff, so the more muscle you have the more protected you are.
Any fashion favorites?
BD: I love Rag & Bone and Elizabeth and James, because they make really nice clothing at a decent price point. I need to have clothes that I can wear walking around New York [and then] throw on heels and walk into a business meeting.

Brooklyn Decker Heats Up Hollywood
By Laurie Brookins
She’s graced one of the world’s hottest covers (of course we mean ours), but everyone’s favorite swimsuit model has her sight set on an even loftier goal—Hollywood.
She’s trekked from Miami to the Maldives, to the Grenadines and beyond, all to frolic in turquoise waters, for sizzling photos that set men’s hearts aflutter. Lately Hawaii has been the exotic locale beckoning Brooklyn Decker, though artful bikini shots aren’t the reason. The girl who’s graced five consecutive Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues—with this year’s edition, she adds the highly coveted cover to her repertoire—has transitioned into acting.
And before you say it, she’s heard it already. “I know it’s such a clichéd thing to say: the model who wants to be an actress,” Decker says. “But to me it felt like a very natural progression. I don’t feel like I’m great at it yet, but I’m willing to work my butt off, and filmmakers seem to be respecting that. I just want to be given an opportunity, the chance to work incredibly hard at it.”
BLOCKBUSTER BEGINNINGS
Hollywood must indeed be taking notice, because it’s not low-budget independents that Decker is booking, but rather plum roles in A-list blockbusters-to-be. First up: Just Go With It, set for release February 11, starring Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler, from his highly lucrative Happy Madison production company. “I play his dream girl,” Decker says of the comedy, which sees Sandler’s character enlisting his office assistant, played by Aniston, to be his pretend wife.
