She may be married to a tennis star but her husband Andy Roddick isn’t the only one holding all the aces.
Brooklyn Decker showed she was more than a match for her heart throb husband as she strolled around New York showing off her toned legs in a tiny pair of shorts and brown boots.
The couple took the chance to celebrate Roddick’s 28th birthday this morning before his match in the U.S. Open tennis tournament.
The 23-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model later changed out of her denim cut-off shorts and into another pair as she took her court side seat at Flushing Meadows Park in Queens.
Wearing a completely different outfit of black T-shirt, patterned shorts and sunglasses, she occasionally looked tense as she watched her husband play his first round match.
Luckily, it became a birthday to celebrate as Roddick won in straight sets against France’s Stephane Robert.
Decker will be soon making her feature film debut alongside Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler in comedy Just Go With It, which will be released in cinemas next February.
And she said she surprised her co-stars on set.
‘When people hear “bikini model,” they have one thing on their mind,’ she told Women’s Health magazine.
‘Then they see you’re someone who shows up to the set in pyjamas and no make up, watches sports and belches,’ she said.
She has also been added to the cast of new war action movie Battleship which also stars Alexander Skårsgard, Rihanna and Taylor Kitsch.
Decker and Roddick married in April last year at their home in Austin, Texas.
They first began dating after the model caught the tennis ace’s eye while he was skimming a copy of US magazine Sports Illustrated’s swimwear edition in 2006.
Roddick got his agent Ken Meyerson to contact Decker to ask for a date.
